Danger lurks round every corner with Piriton

Forgive me, genuine sufferers, for suspecting that psychology might be playing a teeny little role in today's glut of allergies. I mean, if people leave the house expecting to swell up from pollen, animals, washing powder and gluten, chances are their minds aren't going to disappoint them. Of course, that's just some people. Your throat really does close up when you smell tomatoes. I know.

Helping the process along, Piriton introduce a little game every hypochondriac can play walking down the street. Shopping bags! Traffic lights! Bus stops! Old ladies! Any one of them could have you asphyxiating on the ground before you know what's hit you. Frankly, you'd better load up on chlorphenamine maleate before you even step out the door.

  2. hi ad nauseam, I'm looking for earlier ads from Piriton for powerpoints, do you know if there is an archive for these things? I found a site called visit4info which carry the ad in question (http://www.visit4info.com/advert/Piriton-Allergy-The-Street-Piriton/35497#) but I'm a bit paramoid about offering card details etc. This is for an academic presentation about risk...

  4. hi tobie.
jonny is away for the moment, but i think i can answer your question. unfortunately, the images for this blog are photographed as they are seen, not taken from an archive (appart from all tv ads which are linked from youtube). so there is no free archive which we are aware of, however we wish you good luck in your search and presentation, and perhaps (should you find any such archive) you could forward the link onto the adnausem mail account (see the main page)?

thank you, and again, best of luck.
